of course they need you.... think of the money they would pay... i guess there pocket isnt as big as mr gates tho id ask for a pay rise from 100mil a year to 550mil a year!
To answer your Question i would......
Give all the information about the PS3 to the public, if it would break my NDA i would try and persuade them it is for the good of the company. Sony really need to tell people where the PS3 stands inrelation to the games and online
Then i would make there website user friendly, also why is it that the games arent the forefront of Sonys mind. The PS3 can be as powerful as Kuteragi can imagine but where are all the exclusives?
Oh wait i wouldn't want that job with Sony maybe you should put the job description in the local JOB CENTER or the NY times for them.

I would probably either fire everybody by saying: "Damn the PS3, Xbox 360 rules!" and then quit myself.
Or I would accidentally do a very poor PR-job ;)
