Virtual Earth Update

If you are a map freak like I am, be sure to check out the update on local.live.com. It has some nice new interface ‘things’, but the 3–D Maps feature is very cool (kind of like what you get with Google Earth, but this one is web based.)

What I really want is real time satellite imagery…now THAT would be a killer app.

It forces you to use IE6/7, which is crap. Why do so many of Microsoft's sites not allow Firefox? It's childish, and you know it's just because they're jealous of how much marketshare IE has lost over the years.

Haha major. Real time satellite feeds will never happen. The NSA wouldn't be too happy if any terrorist could log on and download images of meeting points-etc.

@ Xyjar, What are you talking about. It works fine for me in Firefox 2.0 and Safari (mac). Upgrade to 2.0 and it should work, if not... then....
