Before all the people start saying how these lists are fixed and that there is no way gears can be top because "none of my friends play it" read this. Gears of War sold over 2 million copies did'nt it? I think I remember reading that it did, anyway..the Halo 3 beta only has a few hundred thousand people that can actually play it..and if your like me and got bored of it after the first week then there will be even less people on in. So now you know why it's only at number 3, you don't need to post.

Major, when is the issue about the WIndows Live Messenger and the whole child account fiasco going to be announced and dealt with. It's almost approaching a month now since the issue was "realized" and said that something would be worked on, with an update as to where things stand. Please, give us some indication as to what MS has been doing about this. Those of us who can't would like to finally be able to use WLM, considering that was one of the BIGGEST features of the update.

Sorry, but Gears isn't going to be taken off the top until Halo 3 comes out.  Then it'll be up top until the next Xbox console is released.

What will be interesting to see is if Gears can stay at #2 when Halo 3 is released, since so many people will be going to H3.

I know I won't.  Gears and Shadowrun for me.
