Guitar Hero is everywhere! Since I've been struggling with COD4 beta withdrawls these last six weeks, I can't wait to play the full version this next week. Where will it be next week in the Top 10? I am guessing at the third spot. Vegas is still doing well. I miss seeing a GRAW title in top ten. Maybe the new Coop Map Pack coming out soon for GRAW2 will help.

For all those hoping for a crushing defeat for Halo 3 I can assure you disappointment.  Halo 3 will remain #1 for the life of the 360.  I'm not going to argue quality of games... I'm just stating a cold, hard fact.

Plain and simple economics.

Halo will probably never be unseated at number one.  CoD will have awesome sales, but it's going to be hard to top H3.

I agree with previous posts - Halo will never be dethroned. Gears might go down the list [only to be replaced by Gears 2 next year], but Halo will always be #1. This is coming from someone who doesn't even like Halo much, and has CoD 4 preordered. :P Not surprised to see OB even further down the list. I love TF2 like a son, but it's just not for everybody.

I, for one hope halo 3 stays at #1, and remains the catch-all game for the lowest common denominator of troglodytes and petulent 12 year olds on xbox live. Its like the filter for live; most of the people you don't want to play with will remain in H3 because they will find more tactical games 'annoying' and 'boring' and 'gay'. the more popular halo 3 is, the less of the people you hate will be in the games you like. gears of war did that job for a bit while we enjoyed rainbow 6 vegas but no doubt halo 3 will do an even better job at it so we can enjoy live even more.
