I'm Having problems freezing big time with Test Drive Unlimited demo the server up and this Vurual log in cool but when it syncs up it crashes my 360 I think it's everyones on it. they get spooked and quickly log out and then it freezes only way I've found so far is to shut down again and try again

OK so there was 16 download under E3 2006.
And then I was not able to get info from the server for like a minute and now there is 15 download.
What was taken down?

Yeah really disappointed so far with the E3 stuff in terms of the connection problems, remember the GOLD members are actually paying money for this, yet fill the live! servers with silver none paying members who take up more bandwidth seems very unfair for us gold ones.

Looks like spring cleaning for all 360 users.. hdd cleaning that is.

Too bad, I always need to think for like 5 minutes which demo has to be put down to make space. Mixed feelings.. new demo wohoo! gotta kill an old one :( :D

They probably don't want to do that because it would really stress the network. Everyone would just pick all the files and live would slow to a crawl. (worse than it is now) I know it doesn't seem very different if you sit there and download them one after another... but most people pick one then go do something.... even a 5 min break between d/l helps stop the bottlenecks.

Releasing this many trailers at once is also stressing the need for a dashboard update with either queued downloading (so we can tell the Xbox to download several files, then go off while it does it, without having to baby sit every single individual file) or background downloading (so we can do something else on the Xbox while things download). Or, ideally, both.

I agree. I find it hard to believe something like this is difficult to implement. Any idea when this will finally be fixed??

I am getting a connection error also. The error is only for the E3 relatd items though.

regarding SaintM's comment -- who the heck would want a refund for XBox live going down for a day? It would amount to pennies. I'd prefer they take the site down and make all the enhancements we need. All games servers do this --- including (shudder) WoW, Asheron's Call (that was a life waster for me) and others.
