I definatly think the systems works pretty good. And im sure there has to be a pretty fair amount of leverage incase of false reports poor sports etc. I second motion for some sort of audio log to review of what was said and by who as it gets confusing sometimes to know who said what. Even if this was only a short log for the last game or two it would be nice. I actually recently got flaged for language in a room that someone else was being mean to a kid and there Dad came and gave the whole room bad feedback for the other person/persons actions even though I didnt even hear half the conversation and didnt talk almost the entire match.

Btw, about the feedback system and stuff: My understanding is that you need to get quite a lot of back feedback in some sort of pattern to warrent a ban. So a couple of sore losers from one game won't get you banned. And bitchers, and racists you can just report and mute, I'm not just imagining the selective 'mute player' function on XBL right? Cus if i am, you need it.

well whatever it is, im glad there is a system that lets u remove those jerks from the ur playlist so u never have to put up with them again. but i have to disagree and say i still consider someone putting another down because they are canadian or french or german or whatever is just as racist as calling someone black.
