Who's the smart guy who named the feeds; Xbox Live RSS, Xbox.com Games RSS, Xbox.com Community RSS and Xbox.com Hardware RSS?

What's with the RSS in the end of the titles? I know it's an RSS feed, that's why I've added it to my RSS reader. It's like putting "HTML" in the title of every web page! :-P

It's a bit cute, but seriously a bit dumb ;-)

Yeah yeah, I know I'm being extremely picky, but I had to point it out anyway ;-)

I like these new feeds. My wish would be rss or json versions of player information for integration into other sites and such.. (ie. like the gamercard) I made a little module for AIMPages (www.aimpages.com) that pulls a players gamercard, cleans up the markup, and puts it in a member's profile page. It would be nice to have information about friends so one could make a sort of online buddy list, or any other application or mashup based on the data/services.

I just noticed that the RSS or XML link at the bottom of the home page only seems to show up for US and no one else.

How do I make these into "Live Bookmarks" in Firefox?

Usually in Firefox, I click on the RSS icon up by the address, and it adds the live bookmark. But in these cases, the RSS icon isn't there.

its just the official feeds i guess. but unofficial is always better since its coming from an inside guy like Major. Majors feeds are still the ones ill use.

hay major you think they really need it since you brought up that MP point? because i think to me its a wast and yah true that they mite not use it a lot so why have it. besides i would love to see something like a rss feed on the 360 for the xbox.com stuff.
