lightsup55: I post requests here because important people do read this blog, and if enough people care about a game that is fundamentally flawed and complain it will eventually get fixed. anyways tell me what majornelson does again if you want, I dont care. The blog is great and its the best way to communicate with the 360 community

Port it to the 360 imo. No, really. I bought this thing for a bit more than just CoD 2 and Halo 3. Or I hope I did. What the 360 could really use is a good (emphasis on good) combat flight sim with support for 64 planes or more per match. Something like what Fighter Ace was, but ... fun. And no I'm not talking about that lame Xbox game... I have a decent Conroe box arriving on Monday, so it's not like I won't be able to see this demo ($20 says X-Plane is better), but it'd be nice to see just *one* decent flight sim on the 360.

I just want to say that the whining and complaining on this site crosses over into the ridiculous. I get the feeling the complaining just feeds off itself. The more it happens the more others want to complain about something even if they don't even care that much. The guy does it on the side and in his free time. I'm sure it doesn't hurt his career but he certainly doesn't need to be doing it. People who complain just for the sake of complaining really need to grow up. This site is the best place you can go to get information related to the 360. I always know what's going on and the podcasts are generally pretty interesting. Complaints about things that are valid are one thing but think about what your typing sometimes before you do it.

Major Nelson does NOT develop games. He only announces if a developer is making a patch/update (a.k.a. a Title Update) or if a patch/update is available for a specific game.

To find out who develops a certain game, go to "Xbox.com", click "Games", then either search using the search box provided or click the "Advanced Search" link and search there. You can also click "Catalog" in the menu above after hovering your mouse over "Games". Once you have found the game, click the game's title to go it's detail page. On the left side, click the link next where it says "Developer". Some games (such as Perfect Dark Zero and Kameo: Elements of Power) have Official Sites (i.e. PerfectDarkZero.com and Kameo.com) with their own forum or message board (i.e. http://perfectdarkzero.com/forums/ and http://kameo.com/forum/) on that same site. They may even have the Product Development Team reading the posts on the mesage board, so if you spot a bug or have a reason for a patch/update to be released for the game, they will know about it.

Have you tried asking Capcom Co.,Ltd. (the company that develops Dead Rising for the Xbox 360)? I found links to Capcom's Customer Service (megamail@capcom.com) and Capcom Community (a message board / forum).

Yep cool demo installed it didn't run on my old 8500 ati aiw first it was screen size then it was a driver issue I got the latest drivers for my card and because of my crt I like 800x600 screen size because it fits and I can see text and read things better on the old screen I use. It took me 4hrs to clean up after the mess the demo left on my computer most of which was reinstalling my video drivers. the rest of my comments are for the MFSX team.

lol google ads are such a joke i run about 15 sites and i can say hands down the bandwidth for a site can no where near get covered from that lil bit lol.....

Major did u see my post above about BSG... just search the page for chris and its the first post ....

i found it interesting and the fact you havent mentioned it at all on your blog... or on any shows (the topic not the link lol) i mean the idea of tvshows on the 360 just seems so... well.... expected HEHE

holy sh*t ppl, why do you guys give the major so much flack for all these things. he doesnt get paid to do this blog, he doesnt have to do a podcast each week, he does it because he wants to provide the xbox community a chance to get inside the xbox. give him some grief, he has done 180 some odd shows, and provided us with many great interviews over the past few years. I will probably get flamed now, and ppl will say I am kissing Microsoft's @$$. Actually I am not, but everyday I come here and see ppl screaming at Major for things he cannot control. Well whatever, good job on the site larry, and keep up the great work on the blog and blogcast. I come here frequently and am updated with all the happenings in the Xbox community.
