That's the right way to go.. 
What you're describing is sort of a hello world, but then for games :).. I created something similar (bit more graphics and collision detection) and it only took me 20 minutes total.. from beginning to end , including making the graphics and googling some soundeffects :)&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.majornelson.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=141977" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
