Major should put his money where his mouth is and remove his "Blogcast" from the Podcast section on the iTunes store. I'd be curious to see how popular his "blogcast" remains then.

Maybe Apple should be sued for using something from the movie INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS. Pod people? Come on, what's next suing companies that make Pea Pods? But seriously Major, we all know why you use the term blogcast. You work for Microsoft and Ipod is an Apple product.

Forgot to mention... Your use "blogcast" is also about as silly as "Major Nelson RADIO"... last time I checked, podcasting has nothing to do with the radio... If you're going to get into semantics, at least try to be consistent. And by the way, you're the fifth-ranked podcast in Itunes. I still love your show, despite this goofiness you sometimes display ;)

I don't see anywhere that I've read this afternoon that Apple is going after people who use the word "podcast". You're being silly. We all know why you prefer the clumsy (understatement) "blogcast" to the ubiquitous "podcast", so please...

"Because I knew this would happen" Funny, your FAQ states that the reason you use "blogcast" was so that people without an iPod wouldn't be confused and think they couldn't listen. I guess you told us so. Apple hasn't gone after anyone using the term podcast or any podcasters. If fact they put podcasts on the map by making possible for Major and everyone like him to offer them free through iTunes. But you told us so Major. I get so tired of Steve Ballmer and his followers with their we don't use google, podcasts, or anything non-Microsoft mantra. The 360 is a great product, too bad we have to swallow all the rest of the Microsoft spin to get some good gaming news.

Barcelona tourist stuff

Major, I don't know if you're going to have much time to sight-see in Barcelona, but if you do, I'd really recommend you see the Christopher Columbus statue (the few Euros cost to go to the stop is worth it for the pictures) and take the hike (or ride the skycar thing) up to the hill to see the Olympic pool. Breathtaking few from up there.

Some of my best pictures are panorama shots from those locations. It was great to find some places "off the beaten path". La Sagrada Familia is nice and all, but I liked the little less common spots.
