Funny thing is I'm unable to play Gears of War campaign and I've had my 360 freeze up a few times playing COD3. Gears keeps sending me back to the select dificulty screen. Odd stuff.

it's Dec 31 at 19:27 in Japanese Standard Time and the Xbox Live is still having issues...

it worked for few minutes then after playing round of Contra, it stopped working after 10 minutes...

I have yet to reconnect successfully...

...OK..on the 29th, about 11 pm, my 360 froze several times, so I unplugged and reconnected several times...kept getting screen freezes....black and blue checkerboard patterns with a "ZZZZZIIITTHHTHHT" sound...the 3 light red ring of death...the works. So I called customer service and they said to send in my 360, but I'm going to wait to see if the live service has somthing to do with it. My single player games seemt to work fine as long as my ethernet cable isn't plugged in. Wierd. XBOX LIVE--Please fix this ASAP--I'm on vacation here and since I'm not working 60 hours this week, I would like to game little!!! Help a brother out: )

i was wondering what was up. i thought it was just me. was playing rainbow 6 and it kept saying operation failed so i got pissed and board and played campaign. see if your allowed to tell us what happend major.

Velete - my dad hasnt had any connection or lag problems on cod3 for quite a while, maybe a month, excluding the last couple of days. he still couldnt get on tonight. im going to test some other games tomorrow to check if it is just cod3 as you say

My 360 had crashed a few times last week, but today I just got the dreaded ring of fire! So now I'm 15 plus working days without a 360. This the first console I've ever had a problem with, my original xbox was perfect.
