crackdown is over hyped.

it has almost zero story and bosses are way to easy.

the game is more like a mario 64 knockoff but in stead of coins and stars all you do is jump around colllecting orbs...

I'm supprised crackdown isn't top, all my friends are playing it, there again I suppose this doesn't include the European launch so next week it will be higher.

Yeah, people who play Battlestations are in the know..... as in - No Girlfriend, No plans friday night, No taste when it comes to games.

Battlestations Midway deserves to be right up there. As far multi-player gaming it is the most involved and enjoyable game out there.

Those who play it are in the know.

I was really skeptical about Crackdown from the previews, but after playing the demo for an evening it suddenly 'clicked'. Its a great game - the whole of my friends list has been superglued to it since its launch.

If you found the bosses in the demo too easy you may want to up the difficulty level.

I would love to see the original RBI on XBOX Live Arcade. I'm sure it would hit the top ten. I still think it's the best baseball game ever made based on fun factor and it has great multiplayer.

Gears of War is a pretty criticized game, both in the extremes of good and bad. But the fact that the numbers say it's top goes to show that a lotta people really do play it, regardless of the words that come out of their mouths.

Still there are a whole lotta good games down the list that just can't keep up with the hype. Here's to hoping they see time at the top.

I have to admit, I was interested in Crackdown before a lot of reviews came out but after recieving average reviews I was skeptical. I bought the game because of the HALO3 beta, and I am very glad I did! The more I play this, the more I enjoy it. This is one of my favorite games in my library.

I love crackdown..... it's just pure fun.

So it's not perfect..... big deal....neither are my girlfriends breasts... but I still have a great time playing with those.

how dare you call yourself a gaming obsessor when you haven't even heard of Crackdown before the whole beta thing. There was plenty of media around for ages. A good amount of previews. To aparently obsess over games and not even hear of Crackdown is just unbelievable.

hey, Crackdown did seem pretty shitty for a while, but to not even have heard of it? Bullshit.

Anyway, Great for crackdown getting on the top played twice. I can see it staying in the top ten for a long while yet, especially with the beta looming.

I don't really care about Halo 3. Halo 2 was a pile of noob-friendly garbage that is diseased with glitches and cheaters, so it pretty much killed my interest in the series.
