Oh really? Sony IS selling non-full-HD LCD's by the metric buttload without 1080p support AND camcorders without true FullHD while still using the logo, and the spring update will feature video levels for VGA.

Downscaling a higher resolution to the intermediate res of 1360x768 would give better results than upscaling 1280x720 to said res.

They're not all listed on http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/forums/iconsandlevels.htm

Sometimes I see one that I don't know, so would it be a huge difficulty to make this community icon alt text work in Firefox aswell?

Everyone please upgrade to a real browser. Firefox and Opera are both garbage. Internet Explorer 7 is faster and is completely secure now. I've used Internet Explorer for years and have NEVER had any adware or spyware on my computer; simply because I've tightened the security in IE. But with IE7 that security has already been implemented as default.

Sony at this very moment is selling tens of thousands of entry and middle level "High Definition" LCD displays that dont accept 1080p through ANY port and nobody is giving them the hate.

Would I like 1080p native to be downscaled by the TV to 1366x768 for crisp and clear semi-full-HD greatness. Yes, but it isnt happening thanks to Sony.

The only hope for these displays to reach their fullest potential is a device like the 360 that has VGA to native 1360x768 to downscale glorious 1080p native material to near pixel-for-pixel resolutions of these TVs. Unfortunately the color fidelity of the VGA output in the 360 is unbearable.

PLEASE FIX VGA COLOR/CONTRAST levels in a future dashboard update.

PS Sony is also selling camcorders with the "Full HD" logo and their native resolutions are nowhere near full and heavily interpolated even then.

Jorge - I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but I'm hoping this is a decent answer - no, HDMI is not possible on the Core and Premium systems. It is possible, however, to get 1080p through component. The only reason you need worry is if you have one of the tiny percentage of TVs that take a 1080p signal but only through HDMI and not through component, and even then, it's the fault of the TV, not the Xbox.

I'm using SeaMonkey, and it wasn't working for me until I noticed that "Show Tooltips" was disabled.
