I'm getting this tonight as soon as I get home. I've been waiting since the game came out for them to release these - the theme might even replace my current Jessica Simpson one too!

Wow, what a non-answer. I think I figured that part out on my own.

Perhaps you could tell me something I don't know: what is so special about the MUA picture pack that it's not available in German-speaking European countries?

The point I was trying to make in my original post is that lots of this content has seemingly arbitrary country restrictions, and no one wants to provide details as to why country X can't get content Y.

The restrictions are not so much the part of Microsoft, it is the content itself and the legal rights to distribute that content in those countries that causes the problems.

What is with the odd list of countries were the picture pack is unavailable? Austria, Germany, Switzerland, but not any other country? The only thing these countries have in common is that German is the/an official language. What difference would that make?

I'm glad I live in the U.S., because it looks like non-U.S. Xbox 360 owners are getting screwed left and right. I just don't understand all of these random country restrictions on every part of the Xbox 360. Depending on where you live, you can never know what you can and can't download. It's really getting stupid.

ah so that's why I can't get the pictures.

I think you should be able to preview every picture and theme like someone else said, and get more details on other stuff you buy, a lot of times there isn't enough details.
