I'm sorry, but all you whiners are just pathetic. $1 for an episode is not bad at all. It's like buying 5 seasons worth of DVDs. So i think some of you need to stop being blinded by the mishaps such as horse armor and GHII, and appreciate it when their is a decent price on marketplace.

You people are the reason i'm starting to hate internet culture. It's all about whining and wanting free stuff now. Maybe you should take an economics or business class and realize that :O companies need to make money to survive.

I think releasing anything at any price right now (other than the normal 800 MSpoint Arcade games) will just start this kind of reaction.

Just shows how deeply the GH2 DLC scars go.

I think the price for these is ok, but I'm not really a fan of Red vs Blue, so "thanks, but no thanks" from me ;)

The point is, its not DVD quality. Its letterboxed to hell because of the way they made it back in those days. To be honest, you can just download the episodes when they do come avaliable for free on their site, then stream them to your 360 and it will be exactly the same as buying except... you don't pay.

This pricing isn't bad at all. Assuming they are DVD quality rather than the low-res versions that are offered free on RvB's site then that's a respectable price. Especially since, I believe, you can't get these older versions for free off of RvB, you have to donate to get access to the archives.

The problem here is that even if they are dvd quality, it's not a dvd. I can't take it to a friends house and watch it, I can't watch it on my laptop on the plane, I cna't copy it to my ipod. I can watch it on my 360, and that's it. Yea, either way it's a dollar an episode, but buying it this way you get way less value for your dollar.

People sure are up in arms since the GHII song packs.

If I didn't own seasons 1-4 on DVD already I would have no problem paying $1 per episode.

you should of just watched it for free, Red vs Blue staff post them up for free. Then fans download it and some websites even host the file up for downloading, youtube.com probably has all the Red vs Blue episode as well. I might buy it later on but now, I will enjoy it whiles its free and easy to watch.

ScouserBoots, it's been said many times, but the reason it's not full screen is because of the way they filmed it in Halo 1. It was a player and then they just blacked out all the HUD. You can still see the targeting reticule, can't you?

But anyway. I agree with the majority. The DLC prices are getting out of hand. The only things that are free at all (if you're Gold), are the demos, some trailers, and the occasional theme/picture pack. I know that they can't just offer everything for free, but making us pay for EVERY. SINGLE. LITTLE. THING. is getting ridiculous.

I know people just say you're supposed to "vote with your wallet, dummy". But when there are no other alternatives to certain things and the only way to get it is to purchase more and more and more points, I feel like MS is just laughing all the way to the bank.

What are we paying $50 a year for? Just the ability to play online? If we're paying for Live, shouldn't there be more services in it? I think Gold members should get more than just online multiplayer (which doesn't even have dedicated servers...why are we paying to host our own?) and a little bit earlier downloads.

Just out of curiousity I decided to buy the first episode. Wow, very poor quality picture but the humour is good. At least make the thing full screen and not like a horizontal split-screen with just the top half playing the movie.

I understand why Red vs Blue are doing this, but at least try guys to make the content up to date.

I dont see the problem here, $1 for a video seems fair enough. These where NEVER free on the internet, what you got was a lo-res version.

The only way you can watch these in decent quailty is to BUY them, this has ALWAYS been the case with red vs blue.

And for the people complaining about being ble to watch them on Youtube or anywhere else; then fine go watch them on youtube! nobodys stopping you are they?

Oh wait i forgot, yea someones putting a gun to your head and making you buy this, jeeze, dont buy it if you dont want to pay for it. SIMPLE!

But you can wait for the rolling window! Thats pretty muc free with a small wait for it! Even so 80 points is too much, it all adds up, espically for the quality of the first episodes.

I wont be buying them because I do too own the DVDs, but don't expect to get many sales from people who do.

So basically E, you said you can pay for quality and get them now, or you can get them at less quality for free, but you gotta wait.

We're talking RvB here, its not a HD Movie, I know what the majority of the people are going to choose, and heres a hint; they wont be paying.

I will not buy these because I already own all the DVD's, however if I didn't own the DVD's I would be glad to support Rooster Teeth with a download or 2.

Also I truly dont understand why you guys are such jackasses to Major. All he does is post whats on the marketplace for us and you guys bash him for the price? Thats just stupid.
