The analog putting is for all the people used to the Tiger Woods control scheme.

That is correct. But the right stick ONLY works if you select that as your putting method beforehand. (Hold & release, 3-click or analog putt.)

What is the point of the 3 click system exactly... all it does is make the game slightly harder / annoying??

Looking at the how to play under the Analog putting controls it says to use the Right Analog stick for two different fuctions but the display. shows different? Maybe a typo?

Left Analog to Aim

Right Analog Back and foward to putt?

Played it a bit last night - not bad might unlock the full version. Number of courses is a concern.

Kinda reminds me of Outlaw Golf - one of the most underappreciated games ever...

But no-where near as good as Outlaw Golf

Have you purchased the game? Didn't you try the demo before hand? The camera isn't that bad - sure, it can be a little difficult to figure out what you're supposed to do the first time you play a hole on around 25% of them, but once you've been through them all its easy enough to remember. Stop with the <sarcasm> stuff - its childish, I was only trying to help.

smart response <sarcasm>. you're right, the camera does move. it can zoom in and out and spin around you...both really useful functions for figuring out what's going on with the hole <more sarcasm for such a brilliant person>.

the camera is terrible and useless. i should be able to free float anywhere around the hole like a live human could, so as to check it out from different angles. the camera as is sucks and really drags the game down.

lol, not going to war in Vietnam on "general principle" makes sense. Not buying a fun minigolf game because some other game didn't work perfectly is just retarded.

It's not like it's the same 15 guys working on this stuff, this is a whole other part of their company and the game is a lot of fun.

So enjoy taking a stand, you're missing out.

Also...@klecker: This isn't an add-on pack...you're buying a lot more than just 36 holes. You're buying access to the core gameplay, game engine, the characters, presentation, etc (not to mention the hole editor). If there were add-on courses at the rate of $5 per course, that would probably be excessive for this game.

Yeah, not very impressed with the "hole editor", but the game itself is fun and looks pretty good for an arcade game. Assuming the multiplayer works fine over LIVE, well worth the $10 for me.

This is the same development team that never bothered patching the broken online co-op in Assault Heroes (see the Xbox.com forums), which I wasted 800 points on several months ago.

I'm not buying this on general principle - Sierra's post-launch support is atrocious and until they show some interest in fixing issues with their other games, I have no desire to support them with this one.
