I have no problem with the price or the content. I do have a problem that they are re-releasing the game and including the new content for free while people who already own the game have to buy the content. If this game we're to be released on the PS3 today with the DLC included we have been told that the developer would have provide that content to us for free. However if the game is re-released on the 360 loyal users who bought the game when it released are expected to pay extra for the new content that they would have gotten for free had they waited? That seems right to some of you? The majority of games sales come immediately after launch. Does Microsoft and it's partners really want to get consumers in the habbit of waiting six months to a year after release to buy a game incase some bonus material is made available for free in a game of the year/gold edition repackage?

Whining for whining's sake. This is a really good deal. Go get a job then all of a sudden it won't even matter as it's only £6.80 for crying out loud, and you're getting 8 new players with new moves, achievements, skins and interactions to increase the life of the game.

You must go on all of the updates here moaning it's too much...

To everyone in Europe,

Make a US silver account and download items to your HDD then log out and load up your regular gamertag and play with your new content.

just look up a zip code in the US online and make a fake street name up.

This is how I get my import content off of the Japanese Live service.

Switching topics, please remind us how great it is that MS is screwing over their loyal customers who wish to support the platform by upgrading to the elite and how they will only be able to play XBLA games when connected to XBL because of some stupid DRM design decision.

Lol dont worry i mean, if you like a character then just download the pack that best suits you provided you have the points, even if you had the Gold Version i seriously doubt any casual gamer will play every single character.

so yeah if theirs a character you want or like, buy that pack, and save the rest till some other time, as to when your actually done

that way, you cant complain

and beside, a gold edition is just another way of getting more sales, more sales = more intrest to make content by the developers

think of it like this, without the gold edition this character packs wouldnt be as big as what they are =P

Yeah and those movies, they give 2 huge hours of enjoyment, while games give you 20+ hours?

Some games arn't worth 60 but M:UA is easily. And it's easily worth 5 times a movie as it gives 5 times as much content.

The price is fine for what you get. I just wish you could buy the heroes and villains individually...All I really wanna use is Venom and Hulk.

It's bad enough when movie studios 'double dip' on multiple versions of a DVD movie, but I find it disgusting that now game companies (Activision's Call of Duty & now Marvel Ultimate Alliance) are now doing the same thing.

A DVD movie is $12-$15, while an Xbox 360 game is $60.

This is NOT a complaint or dig against Microsoft or Major Nelson. It's just a sad state of affairs of the way the industry is heading.

seems a bit expensive, but the fact alone that you offer both packs separate and as a combo at a discount is great.
