I'm really looking forward to this game but I think it'll have to wait until Christmas or early 08 because of all the games being released later this year I won't have any money or time left for all the games!

It is standard procedure for a relaunch of a game to have "something extra". This is to placate the consumer and justify they buying an older game. You don't see this on the 360 because most major titles launch on the Xbox simultaneously with other platforms. I think we're lucky.

I love the new style. Makes me think of the Bourne trilogy. Even some of the music sounds similar.

Apparently, Ubisoft has decided to bundle the same content that we're paying for on the marketplace and give it to PS3 owners FOR FREE.

Yes, 360 owners pay - PS3 owners get it free.

Major, what is left for XBox team to do to boost your monthly sales #s. NPD reports that in May you sold 155k units whereas Wii sold twice that...not very good considering you released the new "Elite" model. Shouldn't you guys be exceeding 225k/mo by now? Does the NPD #s prove that you folks need a portable gaming model?

Can anyone tell me why they had to ruin this series?

Seriously the game was unique enough and now its like every other game.

I pulled my pre-order from Double Agent when I played the demo because the game is no longer about stealth. There is no multiplayer stealth anymore they turned it into a deathmatch!

I'm sorry but this game is going to be a flop.

The only good Tom Clancey games now are Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon thats because Vegas saved the R6 series.

Conviction is going to kill off Splinter Cell all together.

Here is a free tip to making a good stealth game Base the game on SOUND not Gadgets make it so that mercs can kill people in 3 shots that way spies wont run out and turn it into a deathmatch. Spies already have enough advantage because they can see around corners. Make it so spies have to shoot smoke/chafe grenades and not throw them on the ground and you will eliminate all of the chaos around the merc.

Do this and you will sell millions. Because then you will have made a stealth game thats great for multiplayer.

I don't understand why nobody can make a good original game anymore except for Nintendo. I have great original idea that will never be made because there is no outlet to share them with.

XNA is great for building games but what if you dont have the technical know how. If Microsoft opened up to GAME IDEAS they would make alot more money.

People talk about they dont know where the next great ideas will come from. The problem is there is nobody open to hear them unless you have money.
