&lt;p&gt;I just got through to a call centre after waiting on hold for 45 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They now told me that &amp;quot;you should receive your console during the course of next week&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I asked to speak to a supervisor as I was told to do this after 25 working days, and they could then escalate this&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I got told that I can't speak to a supervisor now as there isn't one there that speaks English, only German (apparently there are a lot of staff &amp;quot;on holiday&amp;quot;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I want to speak to a supervisor that speaks English then I was told that I will have to try again and I might get put through to one of the call centres where there is an English speaking supervisor (there are 4 different call centres)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unbelievable&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am writing these because I hope people are reading this if they are thinking of buying a 360. Yes, the warranty extension is good, but the way you get treated by Microsoft is disgusting.&lt;/p&gt;

Especially since I've had two RRoD and just this past evening a persistent &amp;quot;unplayable disc&amp;quot; issue that renders my $1000 game collection useless.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, this extended warranty DOESN'T COVER &amp;quot;unplayable disc&amp;quot; problems, despite the fact that they are obviously a result of a DVD drive malfunction, likely of the same kind liable for hundreds of thousands of scratched discs. And yes, my 360 is just barely over a year old. $50 repair and a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks (after the 5-7 days it will take to receive my shipping package). Super..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Regardless, good move. It's just ironic that I find myself wishing the darn thing would have red ringed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They still can't tell me what's going on and I have phoned twice today so far, and at the part where they put you on hold to find out what's going on with your console they cut me off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope other people are having more luck than me. 25 working days is today, and there's still no sign of when I might get my console back. I was hoping to have it back for my birthday on Thursday too.&lt;/p&gt;

I still do not understand why I have to pay for a manufacturer's defect that I had no part in causing. &amp;nbsp;I just called Microsoft after waiting for 8 business days. (the time they have had my console) &amp;nbsp;They now informed me that due to the new warranty extension (which apparently does not apply to me) the repair time is going to be longer than the 4-5 business days that I was quoted when they were asking for my repair fee payment. &amp;nbsp;I have been a loyal Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox live customer for 6 years , but that does not seem to count despite the carefully worded statement by Peter Moore. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I had 3 red lights. Call support. They walked me through all the trouble shooting. At the end of the trouble shooting I was getting one red light most of the time and 3 red lights only occassionally. Guess what, out of warranty. Repair is $139.99, but for me they will do it for $99.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Complete and utter bull5hit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I also HATE the after show. &amp;nbsp;Why do I have to search for the delay to find it? &amp;nbsp;If it has to be at the end of the show why does there have to be all the dead time in between it so I have to skip back and forth to the beginning?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think you should say everything you want to say about current events and response to us at the beginning so people like me don't have to find out you've answered our questions in some random part of the show.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For example, Many of us have spoken out about the problems those of us who have had to send in our 360s and get different ones have to deal with with the drm &amp;quot;online only&amp;quot; problem. &amp;nbsp;We have spoken out about this since launch and this still hasn't been resolved. &amp;nbsp;Apparently there hasn't been enough &amp;quot;noise&amp;quot; in this area for you guys to do something about it, and it's a shame because the problem happens to the people who have already had to suffer through one or more xbox 360 failures and send them in. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
