correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't F.E.A.R. Files going to be a standalone game, even though it contains Extraction Point and Perseus Mandate?...yes. it is going to be a 2 disc BUNDLE pack.. you will get F.E.A.R, extraction point, and perseus mandate ( 2000 achievement points total)... all for the price of F.E.A.R!

I hope the next map pack comes for 567 gamerspoints. What a random cost! If this material is available included on the PC or PS3 versions for free, I think Microsoft's policy is to force the makers to make it free on the 360 too. This is why Rainbow 6 and Lost Planet have suddenly got free map packs.

its funny how people r saying this game is old and the packs should be free... this game is 10 days older than gears and r6v.... this game is also coming out with 2 full expansions and 1000 extra achievement points.. this game is also the most action packed on xbox live.. this game puts an emphasis on the word frenetic... too bad most people on xbox live dont have the hardcore heart to be able to play or actually compete in this game...step it up people....

There isn't enough of an online community for this game on the 360 for me to purchase any content. The best multiplayer F.E.A.R. experience is on the PC, and all the content for that is free. Free is better than not free.

So in reality the map pack itself may cost 550 points but the rights to buy the map pack i.e purchasing a Microsoft Points bundle will cost you 1000 points, Microsoft why do you insist on forcefully sodimizing your customers?

Cool. More content for FEAR. Puzzled with the price point though. An extra 50 MS Points?! Oh well, at least it sounds like 5 worthy-while maps. :-)

Must all Expansion packs i.e: Gears of War, FEAR, Lost Planet etc., expand only the on-line experience? Too often I pass up an expansion due to no additional single player... Also, NEVER will I pay money especially 10 dollars for something that doesn't offer additional achievement points. Crack Down got it right. And I appreciate GEARS additional achievements... Love Gears of War...
