Ok, so now it seems that I can't download M rated contend off of marketplace anymore because of this update, which is something I've always been able to do before. And like these other people, I only have one credit card, so I'm unable to upgrade my child account. So now in order for me to be able to download m rated content, which is something I've been able to do since the 360 launched, I have to get a new credit card. How stupid is that...

Too bad when your windows live ID gets hacked you lose your xbox gamertage and no body at xbox tech support seems to kno whow to get it back...keep getting error message that the windows live ID is not associated with my gamertag...but it matches their system...if anyone knows how to fix tis problem let me know, cause im trying to recover my account and cant get it due to the error.

Great update. However, I can't seem to promote my account (there is no promote button), which leads me to believe that I must be an adult account. The only thing is: I still can't download Mature rated content. It doesn't really make sense to me. Any help would be great. Feel free to contact me at Gotadime@InsightBB.com

same problem for me. he says we can use the same one, but it doesn't work. tells me my card info isn't valid. this a BS. i don't have another card to use. if we can use the same one, this why isn't it working? if we can't then what are we supposed to do? i'm not going out and getting a stupid prepaid one just because it doesn't work like he said it would. fix it please.

Same problem as the above people. The card on my account now is my own, I don't have anything to switch it with.

Alright, so I just tried to update my account from child to adult and it asked for a credit card *which I obviously don't have* and it's making me really mad because I'm of age to have it *18*. We removed our credit card info *via 1-800-4my-xbox* awhile ago and started getting the pre-paid cards, so the credit card info should be removed. Why are they asking for a credit card if they've taken it off? I really don't want to resort to asking for my dads credit card info, because thats what we're trying to get away from. Is there ANY other way to get my account up to adult level *which, if the info was updated correctly, would BE* without having to use a credit card?
