Cool, Cant wait to get home from Uni to download them, plenty of forgery fun to be had through christmas. Just got video marketplace too in the uk, gunna have to get myself some microsoft points.

I do agree $10 (US) is a bit high for only 3 maps. Thats almost 1/5 the cost of what you originally bought the game for. I'd personally rather take the $10 I save and use it to buy a whole game.

Reading the FAQ on Bungies site, it sounds like none of the 800 points will be going towards thier end anyways. Last time I bought a map map, it was impossible to get into a game that used the new maps until the maps were released free. As it turned out, they were released only a half year later. So why bother buying the maps.

And to those who bought the maps, thanks, you paid for them so I can get them free in a couple of months :-)

Bought them the day they were available. They are amazing. You people who are waiting. You're missing out right now. 800 points isn't much. £8.50 for 1000 points. And you have enough left over to go towards a film.

No what I don't understand is why not make it free now? Especially if spring is technically around the corner. Yeah we'll get it for free anyway in the future but it's still silly 10 dollars for a few maps, hell most PC shooters GIVE you a map editor to play on the public. (Forge doesn't count, you need to invite friends and what not and not all of your friends would want to join in forge when they could play lonewolves or something) I mean geez 80 points for a dollar? At least hand us the extra 20 points.

Complete Idiots are the ones who buy these at that price, I mean Halo 3 sold an absoloute truckload and made a lot of money for Bungie and MS yet instead of saying thanks and giving them for free then charging for the next lot, they screw you all for more money, who ever said MS is fair and that DLC is not a way to ripoff gamers needs to see this to believe it. "Hey I know let's thank the massive Halo 3 community by making them buy the mappack, now who's for a 4 day gold trip in the Caribbean ?!"

Come on Micro$oft!!, not everyone has a billion dollars to spend on over priced maps on xbox live like you guys.

Xbox live wouldn't even exist if we didn't buy your products, who bout you give us a freaking break.

Not that i dont have ten dollars to spend, i just believe that then dollars is worth alot more than 3 maps.

$10 is $10 too much for 3 maps. At least they are not mixed in with regular matches to screw into buying them.

17% of the total cost of Halo 3, for 3 multiplayer maps. Only the dumbest of people are going to buy it. but then again, most people who love Halo, love it for its mindnumbing Deathmatch mode.
