Camera sucks however.

As for the whole DRM debacle, I too have games that won't work after having 2 systems RROD in a row back in August. Microsoft gave me the same bs about no longer giving points back and eventually told me they'd call me and transfer the rights to the new replacement console... never heard back, I'm still required to be connected to live under my account, and I've still got some useless games that only work if I "repurchase" them from in game every time I want to play. =(

They do have an office close to me though, I'll see if I can stop by. Haha, I will be that one crazy gamer asking why all sound effects aren't working.

phawx -- agree with you regarding the weapons sound (I didn't hear any). Was hoping that it 'works' in the full version.

In general I think this can be a fun title (especially if playing co-op with a friend on XBL). It's not perfect and I would love to see something that is more full on Diablo ][ like but in the meantime....

You cant switch your billing address from one country to another and the cards only work from the country of purchase so you're s.o.l. on the train to silver account and since you have a new console your DRM loses both the account and the console. Poof! You lose it all. Went back and forth with MS for weeks and still no satisfaction either.

re: Arcade: Arkadian Warriors

Parsnipnose3000:

From what I've been told, MS no longer does this method of reimbursment, but now can actually change the tie in of your downloads to your current system. My ticket was passed on to MS from their call center and they told me there was nothing they could do, but that MS would handle it. I was told I would get a call bac, which I never have. This has been since the end of August. When I call them now, they just tell me the same thing "Your claim has been escalated and there's nothing more we can do for you, MS will hand this directly." So now I'm stuck, waiting.

This is THE most frustrating thing about MS right now. The DMR issue is silly and has an easy work around, just look at Sony, Apple, and any other company who makes it easy to transfer the rights to a different machine.

I'm not anti-MS at all, in fact the 360 is my all time favorite system. I have over 60 physical games, and over $500 worth of downloads. I just want this issue fixed. If you look in the recent issue of OXM, you'll see this explained a lot better, and it's their #1 issue they want fixed (as do I).

I'm trying to be patient with MS. Others have claimed they filed small claims suits and gotten results, along with free games, and whatnot, but I don't want to go that route, I just want MS to honor me as a valued customer (all my purchases have proven that) and just allow me to play they way I have paid to. This whole DMR issue certainly does curb piracy, but it also hoses the honest consumer. MS really needs to find a happy middle ground to keep those of us who honestly love and support the system happy. All it would take is for me to be able to use my downloads the way I was meant to be able to, and I would be perfectly fine with everything.

The Game just feels unpolished sound wise. Gameplay is good, but the sound isn't bad, its not finished!

Do I complain to Sierra about this? They need to update the games sound and than I will buy it.

I'm sure the nephews will like it when they come over.

Major, I'm going on faith here that MS will figure out the DMR issues, as I still have not been able to find a solution and still have this problem. I've tried contacting everyone I could, including yourself (thank you for responding) but still no solution in sight.

The issue is even the number one problem that OXM wants fixed (in their latest issue, they did a top ten of things that need fixed).

Please help those of us who have strongly supported the Arcade and the virtual downloads (movies, etc...) with this issue. I have over $500 worth of downloads that are affected by this due to my replacement system.

For anyone who doesn't know of this issue, when you download something it is linked to your gamertag and your system (not your HD) so when you become one of the millions of us who have had our systems replaced due to faulty systems, your downloads are then hosed to only work with your main profile and you MUST be connected to Live in order to view your shows, play your downloaded games and content, etc... This is a very serious issue, and one I've been trying to get fixed for over a year now with no results.
