I've just downloaded this (hadn't downloaded before, so I don't have an old version on my 360, and I've got the Auto Downloads switched off), went to run the demo and it disconnects me from Live?! Surely it shouldn't be doing this, so has an old version (or the demo not updated?) been uploaded to the Marketplace?

Well Im glad I just downloaded the demo. Since downloading it my system no longer auto connects to live and I was even disconnected from live while playing the demo. Plus scoring is unreal, and only one button is used. I guess I just expected more from this game considering the whole UK praised it for the past year and cried whenever it got delayed. Also, if the live play was fixed then why are so many people on other forums complaining about getting disconnected every live match and why am I getting disconnected while just playing the demo? Just glad I didn't spend 10 bucks on this.

They were probably too concerned with the in-game advertising to worry about releasing a defect-free product on time. I don't know how Microsoft gets away with taking our $10 and then collecting on ad revenue too. Oh well, I won't be buying.

To be honest, I'd rather it was released in this state (with totally broken multiplayer) than not released at all. However, this begs the question: what the hell have Codemasters been doing for the past six months? The game has missed four release dates - it was originally supposed to be out in the summer - because Codemasters said they were 'working on the networking code'. Working on it how? With an axe? Or maybe they just hired a high school computing student who doesn't know a thing about networking to do that part.

You probably already know but online has "freezing issues", every other game locks up.

Mind you is that a bad thing when your 7-0 down ;C

This is so lame, I just bought Guitar Hero 2 + 3, Sega Rally and Armoured Core 4 to play over Christmas, now I am not going to be able to play any of them because my head wont let me play anything but SWOS.

parabolee77 you actually think SWOS is better than Pro Evo 2008 and Fifa 08? SWOS is average these days and yeah good for its time but as for calling people losers i can bet your a bigger one matey.

Check other topic there is about 300 posts by you begging,complaining and demanding when this game is out.Get a grip !
