While MS get to making this a worldwide release, we'll also get onto 2K Sports to release all the Major League Baseball games over here too. Oh, wait, neither will happen. Even Pro Evo gets remodelled for a US release, we still get the weak end of the deal. That will never, EVER, change. We also have a poor Marketplace that took 12+ months to get a handful of small films.

I was under the impression that the "world" got new Bomberman Live content...it's not the first time that "content" was all that was released on an Arcade Wednesday, and although I don't think there are many (if any at all) Arcade games exclusive to countries outside the US, there are definitely a lot of retail games exclusive to Europe/ Asia that will NEVER be released in the US. Like someone said about Rock Band, you get it next year...but you still get it.

You have the same options everyone does- if the game means that much to you, buy a different region 360 and import games, and for Arcade have an alternate account with US info (I do believe this still works). Once you download content it is available to play on all profiles on your 360 (well...until you run into refurbs and all that, but you get what I'm saying).

Huddy72, I can certainly understand your position. I think all of this is a licensing issue. I mean think about it; do you think Microsoft would WANT to turn away a buck? Any company for that matter. I am sure they would offer all content everywhere, if they could.

That said it really seems as if agreements could be made to allow for a broader release; this has got to suck.

Also consider this. Not many people are on this forum (in comparison to the Xbox installed base). Most people don't even know they are missing content.

I understand content restrictions based upon country as legal issues exist.

That said; SpongeBob? Why?? I mean I can not imagine content that would offend any laws anywhere; or is this a SpongeBob licensing issue?
