I know that I am not the only one that was affected (effected?) by this. I have used Account Recovery several times previously and I never had any problems. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I lost hundreds of hours of game saves. I have to start over from scratch on all of my games and I as you might have guessed I am a little upset about this. I am pretty sure that there is nothing that can be done to recover my data, but I would appreciate it if you could let me know that it is an issue that you are looking into, and additionally what I/we need to do in the future to avoid loosing our data. &lt;/p&gt;

This is the FIRST time Live has had a SERIOUS issue that has effected so many. Give MN a chance to put a blogcast together with e, and I am sure they will tell us everything they can. Look at majors twitter.....8:30 on the west coast and he is still at work. Enough is enough. Cut the dude some slack. &lt;p&gt;Sorry to say this , but it seems like a nice way to get people to renew without realizing it . I know you get an e-mail 1 month before your subscription expires but why go back to the required credit card method ?&lt;/p&gt;
