Must agree, this demo shows that the game has not evolved and does not take advantage of the kind of worlds we come to expect from this generation of systems. When we get awesome, beautiful games like Oblivion and Mass Effect (which was actually limited in itself, but still great), and then this comes along, it looks shabby and oh-so limited. What's with the lame camera angles and limited area for the actual gameplay? This game so screams "I'm last-gen!" it's rediculous. I come to expect more, as should the entire gaming population. I want an experience, not a corralled game experience with insanely lame dialogue. Sorry, just not impressed. On the PS2, yes, it was cool for its time, but not now. Definitely a "don't buy" product.

What the hell? Ive never played any DMC games before, and I was expecting the best game of 2008, and I played the demo and it sucked! This is the worst game that I have ever played! The controls are terrible, the camera angles suck, and its really boring.

So much hype for nothing...

Alright stop the arguing you guys. Obviously some people are pissed at Microsoft's new rules and what not (like me, knowing that I can't download any M rated or RP game), some people are happy that they aren't caught up with the restriction bullcrap, some people just don't care about both of these sides of life and rather just play games instead of arguing about them. And tranceforma, it's funny how your gamerscore is "12345" HAHAHA! that's totally wicked dude!

@ tranceforma It's not rated 18+, it's rated 17+, here's proof: www.esrb.org/.../ratings_guide.jsp , but nice try at pretending you know what the f*** you're talking about when you clearly don't, I can't DL because MS just blocked me from content that even if I was ID'd for I would be able to get. Good job at screwing something else up M$.

Well, "my dad" created an account last night. The free one month gold that he got was used to download the demo.

The demo is pretty cool. I just wish that I could switch the buttons around. X being the quick attack, Y being the gun, B staying the same, L trigger being a lock on.

I hope we can in the final game, being that the only option in the demo is to turn vibration on and off.

My mistake then, we don't have ESRB over here. We have BBFC/PEGI which classifies games differently to yours. There is no 17+, it's either 16+ or 18 so apologies.

That's pretty lousy then really :S

It's a good demo too, when you get the upgraded Devil Bringer it's insane.

I'll say it again, because you don't understand ESRB's regulations (apparently Microsoft doesn't either):

Mature Rated content is for people 17 years or older.

That means that Microsoft is restricting me from content that I'd otherwise be able to obtain without problem. Why? Because Microsoft is too lazy to create code that will transfer 17 year olds to another "level" of DLC download.

It is both unprofessional and a general lack of care that I am still unable to download mature rated content.
