Wow, maybe my procrastination in putting off purchasing the Outfit worked to my advantage. I also saw last week in Toronto that BestBuy was bundling a wireless controller and PDZ for only $69 bucks now. Hurrah!

I got my copies of The Outfit and BurnOut Revenge for 88 bucks. Since I purchased from FutureShop, one of the titles included a $10 gift card to be used in the future. Not a bad deal then.

Meistro, if you want the exchange rate to change, all you have to do is get your European friends to buy American made products :D

Major Nelson specifically said that because people got all bent out of shape the last time that he talked about specific dates and the content didn't hit Live Marketplace on schedule, he got reamed by a bunch of impatient pricks who thought he somehow had control over that sort of thing, and that he was no longer going to talk about any marketplace content that had not already shown up for download.

Price of games is a sore point with me as i think it is ridiculous rip off that a game sells for $39.99 or $50 and then here in the uk we have to pay £50.

The pound is stronger on the dollar right now it is about 1 GBP = 1.87104 USD 1 USD = 0.534462 GBP and with this a $50 game should cost here about £27.

But of course this is not what happens, the dollar sign is just converted to a pound so we end up paying almost $94 for a game (£50).

Major, or anyone else of that matter, is there anywhere where we can see a more comprehensive list of what the most popular games on live are? I'd like to get the Outfit at this price, but I'd feel a lot better about the purchase if I knew people were playing this game online. I know you post the top 10 every week, but is there maybe a top 25 like there used to be? It'd be much appreciated, thanks.

MS is a company that does business. They are not there to just be making games that we like, and making our life easier in any way possible. If all that happens, then it is a bonus. They are a business trying to make money, as is any business. You can't expect them to cut down the prices off of things that they know we will buy no matter what.

The reason it is cheap in Japan, is because nobody likes it there anyway. So they have to sqeeze what little money they can from there.

As for the US, they won't lower the prices that much. They know that we will still buy even at high prices. So they take advantage for that. You can't blame them, its just smart business. Any business would do the same.

We pay more then any other country.
And what about Japan?
No one wants to buy the 360 and MS keeps lowering the prices.
MS needs to start thinking about the real fans an customers the should reward us and not the people who dont buy the 360
